On The Rise Projects opened its doors in 2025, but the hands doing the work didn't start there. Our team brings twenty-plus years of NYC trade experience — apprenticeships in Brooklyn, commercial buildouts in Manhattan, and brownstone restorations across Park Slope, Harlem, and Bed-Stuy. We started this company because we got tired of watching clients get burned by bad communication and crews that disappear when something goes wrong. The work has always been good. Now the business is built around it.
